Our story started seven years ago, in a boarding school kitchen, where we just clicked over food.

We basically turned an abandoned kitchen into a student-lead restaurant. Quickly realazing the real challenges of a kitchen.

My background is rooted in deep analytical thinking, starting with my undergraduate degree in Theoretical Physics.

I then developed those skills with a Master’s from Columbia, which is crucial for building the solutions at the heart of ROA
