Our story started seven years ago, in a boarding school kitchen, where we just clicked over food.

We basically turned an abandoned kitchen into a student-lead restaurant. Quickly realizing the real challenges of a kitchen.

Operational complexities
Food waste.

That experience, built on shared passion, directly sparked the idea for ROA.
